When the roll is called there'll be no warning signs.
When the roll is called put down your fishing lines.
When the roll is called the darkness is falling friends.
When the roll is called raise up your lighted lanterns.
The hour of change is coming now.
We traveled here on our long ships, following the stars northward. Refugees from the apartment complexes come to pray under trees, hoping. Hungry for food free from the toxins, wanting to wash away our American sins.
When the roll is called we'll reach that distant shore.
A world of need is crying now! It's crying now.
A sweating earth with no room to escape.
World beyond worlds without a concept of place. Crowded into those towers of fear, crowding the highways waiting. Up north I hear the wolves are disappearing. I hear a crow call there's a fire a' coming.
When the roll is called the dead will rise up from the graves.
When the roll is called kings will hide in underground caves.
When the roll is called crowns will be cast down.
When the roll is called I hear a triumphant sound.
Those towers of fear are coming down.
They're coming down.
